Zena Zoghbi, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist who practices medical and cosmetic dermatology. She completed her dermatology residency at Columbia University Medical Center and practiced in New York City and New Jersey before moving to Houston and joining Houston Dermatology Associates. Dr. Zoghbi’s clinical interests include acne, eczema, psoriasis, pediatric dermatology, and early detection and treatment of skin cancer. She offers many cosmetic procedures including chemical peels, cosmetic fillers, Botox, and laser surgery.
Dr. Zoghbi received her undergraduate education at Barnard College of Columbia University where she graduated summa cum laude. She completed medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
After medical school, Dr. Zoghbi completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital in NYC prior to her dermatology residency at Columbia. After residency, Dr. Zoghbi joined the core faculty of Columbia, serving as Clinical Instructor to the dermatology residents in training. She is also proud to have served as an attending physician at the Columbia-affiliated James J. Peters VA Hospital in NYC providing excellent care to our veterans. She has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters.
When not practicing Dermatology, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.
